No-Wheat High-Protein Pancakes
1/3 cup fat-free whipped cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg whites
2.5 scoops of Vanilla BioTrust Low Carb
1 tablespoon sugar-free stevia-sweetened syrup
Combine the cottage cheese, egg whites, and protein powder in a bowl. Blend with a hand-held mixer for best results.
Pour the batter into a pan; cook each side approximately 2 minutes.
Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy. (If it’s you’re higher-carb Victory day, go for the maple syrup.)
If you have another protein powder, you can try that instead. Just make sure you use about 45 grams of powder.
