Tame Your Tummy–Bugs Rejuvenate Joints, Skin and Fat Loss

Probiotics, beneficial bacteria found in yogurt, are known for helping relieve digestive problems. And we speak from first-hand experience…

They helped our daughter tremendously–she was “gassing out” her college roommates. So they were constantly reminding her to take her probiotic supplement. (She’s home now, so we’ve stocked up. Lol.)

But these beneficial bugs do much more than tame your tummy…

According to the September ’11 Bottom Line Health, they’ve also been linked to improved immunity and a reduction in the severity of some autoimmune conditions, like rheumatoid arthritis and asthma.

Joint pain? Probiotics may help…

Even more good news: According to the February ’12 Reader’s Digest, the beneficial bugs can lower bad cholesterol, reduce stress and even mend your mouth–reducing cavities, gum disease and bad breath.

And let’s not forget skin smoother and fat-loss booster. When your stomach’s natural flora gets off-kilter because of stress, infection or medication, digestive as well as skin problems can result, including psoriasis and eczema as well as dullness and wrinkles.

According to Frank Lipman, M.D., an integrative physician and director of Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York City, “If your gut’s bacteria balance is unfavorable, the toxic bacteria can leak through microscopic holes in the awl of your gastrointestinal tract and travel throughout your body, including to your skin…preventing the skin from functioning properly.”

Improving your good gut bacteria also boosts nutrient absorption–so you’re healthier, hunger is reduced and your fat burning is juiced. Probiotics are miracle bugs…

Getting probiotics almost every day can change your body in so many good ways–from smoother skin to faster fat burning to a healthier heart. Greek yogurt for lunch? Yes, please–and one for our daughter.

Note: If you can’t eat Greek yogurt often, a convenient power-packed probiotic is BioTrust’s Pro-X10. It’s formulated with patented technology that makes it the MOST EFFECTIVE probiotic supplement available. This one is a must-use supplements, especially as you get older. More info HERE.

Train smart, be well, live long.

That is why for some people they would rather choose to make a homemade natural facial cleanser. Aside from being natural, it is also a great way to save them some money. You can also make sure that it will have no side effects to your skin because it is all natural. The best products that are sold in the market contain natural alpha hydro acids or AHA. This acid comes from fruit. It is also responsible in helping to exfoliate and remove dead cells and pore clogging substances. As a result, the skin will look clearer, smoother and healthier.

    Hey Becky and Steve–
Do you think it’s possible to transform your body if you have autoimmune such as
Hashimoto’s Thyroid or Chronic Lyme. I have a horrible BMI from all of the stress on my system. I take probiotics, have organic Kefir, supplement, am fully organic and get grass fed meats and pastured eggs locally. Water is RO with added trace minerals…I have a stressful job and am caregiver to people in my family. My body does not metabolize fat and has not for decades…now at 49 I look old and tired all day. At 5’5″ and 165′ I have a BMI of 28-30…size 16 and I am Farrr from a couch potato. Just wondered your thoughts. Thx!

Weight training can do wonders for just about anyone.
If you don’t overdo it, you will look and feel better almost immediately.
Plus, if you do it our way, you get a heightened growth hormone release.
GH is the anti-aging hormone that also helps transform the body–build muscle, burn fat.
